By joining or renewing your annual membership with the DAA, you acknowledge that all fees paid are non-refundable. Each membership year runs from January 1st to December 31st.
You acknowledge that by joining or renewing your membership with the DAA that your name and clinic/contact information provided will be listed on the DAA Website and in the annual DAC Source Guide.
You acknowledge that your annual membership level and associated fees are now on an auto-renew process beginning on October 1st and annually after that, until you cancel your membership.
